Every college student deserves support. Spark specifically aims to provide support to students with foster and kinship care experience, including adoptees—to counter low graduation rates in Texas. With only 1-2% of former foster care students obtaining a bachelor's degree, Spark is committed to increasing this percentage by facilitating a seamless transition from high school through to college graduation and beyond.
